“Art is the one place we all turn to for solace”

A little about me

01.

I’m Corean!

I was born in California and raised in Georgia. My family is from Belize so I grew up around the vibrancy, beauty and diversity of Belizean culture. This was key to opening up my world to find beauty in the smallest things, places, and people!

02.

Relationship Self

Growing up in a small town, it was hard trying to find my place. My world was different and didn’t quite fit into their standards. That effected my relationship with myself because I didn’t feel I fit in. As I got older, I decided to ignore those damaging thoughts and truly love who I am: the beautiful seed that started small, but grew into a beautiful flower!

03.

Beauty & Imagery

I started what was then called Black Orchid Imagery in 2015 because I wanted to challenge myself artistically. During this time, I noticed everyone lacked the same thing: confidence. I understood how people were feeling because I was once in that place. From there I made a vow to make sure all my clients feel as confident and beautiful as I know they are! Then came the birth of Rena’s Garden! Just like gardens have a variety of beautiful plants, my garden is a variety of beautiful people!
